This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai to dispose the original suit filed by the petitioner / plaintiff in O.S.No.164 of 2022 pending on his file within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit is of the year 2022 and the same is pending for the past two years without any progress. In such circumstances, the petitioner herein has filed the present petition.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
