ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.185 of 2019 in O.S.No.1652 of 2005 on the file of the Additional District Munsif (FAC), Madurai Town, dated 24.01.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled before the trial Court and therefore, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
