ORDER

It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, that the writ petition has now become infructuous, in view of the fact that No Confidence Motion, which has been challenged in this writ petition has taken place, on 28.02.2022 and that the petitioner has also participated in the same.

2.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the minutes of the Meeting held in the No Confidence Motion held, on 28.02.2022.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the minutes of the Meeting held in the No Confidence Motion, in the manner known to him under law. No costs.
