Heard the learned counsel on either side.
By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner is working as B.T. Assistant (Maths) in the second respondent/School. Challenging the order deploying him elsewhere, this Writ Petition came to be filed.
3. When the matter was taken up for disposal, submission was made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent that a decision has been taken to retain the petitioner in the second respondent school itself.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. The order impugned in the Writ Petition stands quashed.
