No.1953 of 2021 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to pass an order of Relaxation to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner vide order dated 29.01.2021 made in Crl. A (MD) No. 3 of 2021. Prayer in CRL A(MD).No.3 of 2021:

Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2016, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 18.12.2020 made in Cr.M.P.No.109 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Thoothukudi and to set aside the same and consequently, to release the appellant on bail in connection with the F.I.R in Crime No.160 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police. ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.3 of 2021, dated 29.01.2021. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation. The petitioner is now residing at Madurai and complying the condition before the Madurai South Gate Police Station and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
