ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members including the petitioner's Petrol Bunk namely Sri Vinayaga Enterprises situated at Kovilpatti Road, Manapparai, Trichy District in the light of the petitioner's representation/complaint, dated 28.12.2022 made in person within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that no such representation has been received by the respondents 1 to 3 herein.

3.Even though the copy of the representation has been included along with the typed set of papers, the acknowledgement is not produced. 2/4

Since the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that no complaint has been received from the petitioner, he can prefer the fresh complaint or fresh representation as the case may be to the third respondent and on such representation being received, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the case on its own merits by calling the fourth respondent conduct enquiry, who happen to be the own sister of the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
