ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23477 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025. .

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 25 days complied and the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.23477 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required. 09-02-2026 jbr To
