ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, along with general public, made a representation on 23.11.2020, pursuant to which, the Revenue Tahsildar, Sankarankovil Taluk, namely, the third respondent herein, sent a communication to the Block Development Officer, Melaneelithanallur, in Na.Ka.Aa9/4774/2020, dated 18.12.2020, to act accordingly by removing the encroachment and to restore the road. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.4350 of 2021 Seeking appropriate further action, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Though the Block Development Officer, Melaneelithanallur, is not a party in this proceedings, inasmuch as a communication has already been sent by the third respondent, as aforesaid, we call upon the said authority to take appropriate action on the communication sent by the third respondent dated 18.12.2020, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
