Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SELVIN RAJESH, Advocate for M/S.DICTUM LAW FIRM, for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1142 of 2024, dated 07.02.2024 against the petitioner. 1/3

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 07.02.2024 with a condition to direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner has three children and they are studying in Coimbatore and hence, he could not able to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to modify the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 07.02.2024, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
