ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Original Application in O.A.No.3 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, she has filed an original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ application under Section 67(E) of the Hindu Religious and

Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, claiming certain rights in respect of Arulmigu Mariamman Thirukovil, Natham, Dindigul District in O.A.No.3 of 2012. Even though pleadings has been completed long ago, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the fact that original application is pending from 2012, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the original application by passing appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the other interest parties.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
