This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2023 and to cancel the wrong entry in the encumbrance certificate of Aruppukottai Sub Registrar office with relating to southern 24 cents of Survey No.23/10 of Melapatti Village, Sivalarpatti Revenue Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District and to transfer the files relating to the partition 2/5
deed No.1818/1984 dated 27.09.1984 along with memo to the sixth respondent Pudur Sub Registrar Office to enable them to make proper entry in the encumbrance certificate with relating to 44 cents of property in Survey No.23/10 of Melapatti Village, Sivilarpatti Revenue Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been considered and redressed by the fifth respondent. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed.
