[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 7 to implement the letter of the fourth respondent dated 27.12.2023 in Na.Ka.Aa1/3872/2023 and the order passed by the sixth respondent, dated 09.01.2024, in Na.Ka.Aa5/6375/2023, for removing the encroachment made by the eighth respondent in S.F.No.1209, classified as public road, in Perakkampalayam, Thennilai West, Koonampatti Post, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, submits that the subject land is classified as "Vandi Poramboke" and the same is encroached by the eighth respondent and necessary action will be taken by the authority concerned for removal of encroachment by following due process of law.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, the official respondents are directed to take necessary action for
removal of encroachment made by the eighth respondent in the subject land in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
