PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the 2nd respondent not to harass or ill treat the petitioner from preventing the petitioner from complying the court condition on the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass or ill treat the petitioner from preventing the petitioner from complying the court condition on the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, but the second respondent police is objecting the same.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to report before the respondent police as per the condition imposed while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 129 of 2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
