This Civil Revision is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi to dispose of the suit inn O.S.No. 229 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged 64 years and the suit is of the year 2019 and the defendants are dragging on the proceedings. He seeks for a direction for speedy disposal.

3. The trial court is directed to follow the circular issued by this Court in ROC.NO.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics, wherein a direction is issued by this Court to list the cases relating to the Senior Citizens on priority basis and to dispose those cases as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
