This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 09.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the request of the petitioner is considered and she is posted as Senior Resident in O&G, Kanyakumari Government Medial College, Asaripallam. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in the present case.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 has placed a copy of the transfer and posting order dated 28.08.2023 of the petitioner before this Court and it is placed on record. 2/4

4. In view of the above facts, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present case.

5. Accordingly, this petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
