ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned I Additional District Court (PCR) at Tiruchirapalli, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.41 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a case in Crime No.333 of 2019 has been registered against the second petitioner and the same was taken on file. He further submitted that during the pendency of trial of the above said 2/4

case before the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, the present FIR came to be registered on the ground that the petitioners along with others had threatened the complainant in the above said case, who is the mother of the third respondent herein, to withdraw the case.

3. In view of the above said development, the petitioners are not entertained for any direction. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
