Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has made an application for survey in her lands and also paid the necessary charges on 19.12.2022. She has, thereafter, sent detailed representations on 14.03.2025 and again on 16.08.2024 and despite the same, no steps have been taken by the respondents to survey the lands. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.In view of the application of the petitioner being pending right from December 2022, I deem it fit to consider the request for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to conduct a survey of the petitioner's land and pass final orders based on the petitioner's application dated 19.12.2022, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
