ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.626 of 2026, dated 02.02.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 23 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 23 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.626 of 2026, dated 02.02.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
