ORDER

The petitioners are facing trial in C.C.No.269 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w 109 of IPC.

2.The defacto complainant viz., Augastin is present in person and is identified by the learned counsel and A.Chidambaram, Special Sub-Inspector of Police and he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. The parties have also filed a compromise memo. The same is taken on record.

No.3648 of 2020 3.Since the defacto complainant himself has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.269 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, the same stands quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
