ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on petitioner's complaint, dated 03.01.2025 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, they issued CSR No.1231 of 2024 and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within one week.

3. Since the complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry and recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
