RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Court for cases under the prevention of Corruption act Sivagangai once in a week on every Monday in Crl. M. P NO. 475 of 2017 in Crl. A No. 15 of 2017 dated 18.01.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. Mr.PINAYGASH, Advocate for M/S. T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 18.01.2017, passed in Crl.A.(MD). No.15 of 2017, suspended the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Special C.C.No.6 of 2014, on the file of the Special Court under the Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Sivagangai, on condition that the petitioner should appear before the trial court once in a week i.e on every Monday. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition, seeking to relax the above condition. 2.I have heard Mr.Pinaygash, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is appearing before the Court from 25.01.2017 regularly, I am inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court.

4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court, once in a month i.e the first working day of Every English Calender month until further orders.

5.In fine, this petition is disposed of.
