The petitioner seeks for quash of the Charge Sheet in Spl.CC.No. 295/2019 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner had already been acquitted by the trial Court on 27.08.2024.
