Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.47 of 2020 This Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,2015,to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 23.01,2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.78 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST(POA) Act,1989, Ramanathapuram and set aside the same and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the Thiruvadanai Police Station, by allowing this Criminal Appeal.
ORDER:- This Criminal miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Venkatesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.47 of 2020, dated 05.02.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.47 of 2020, dated 05.02.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.47 of 2020, dated 05.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
