ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned representation seeking patta.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner's prayer is not feasible of compliance. If that be so, a formal order shall be passed by the respondent and communicated to the petitioner so that the petitioner can challenge the same in the manner known to law. It shall be done by the respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
