ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest for alleged offences under Sections 143, 188, 341, 431, 436, 294(b), 353, 506(ii) of IPC, in C.C.No.55 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, pray for the grant of anticipatory bail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners apprehend arrest on the ground of issuance of NonBailable Warrant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that due to sickness the petitioners could not appear on 30.05.2013 and on instructions, submit that the petitioners are prepared to partake in the proceedings without fail on future hearings.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submit that nonbailable warrant is pending against the petitioners as the petitioners have not appeared before the trial Court on the date of hearing.

circumstances, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by filing an application under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C to re-call the warrant and if so moved, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits.
