This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.255 of 2021, dated 23.06.2021 within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tenkasi, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.229 of 2023.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
