ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner alleges that mistakes had crept in during UDR. He had given a petition dated 02.04.2023 in this regard. The District Revenue Officer, Trichy is the authority competent to look into such issues.

3.The District Revenue Officer, Trichy is directed to pass order on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the District Revenue Officer is obliged to issue notice to the private respondents and other interested persons if any. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the District Revenue Officer to pass an approrpiate order in this regard.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
