Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7920 of 2017 dated 04.07.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 7793/ 2017 :

To Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 8711/2017 by order dated 11.07.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) No.7351 of 2017 and M/S.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) No.7793 of 2017 and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents in both petitions the court made the following order:- The petitions are filed for relaxation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7793 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8711 of 2017 has complied with the condition regularly. Hence, the condition is relaxed.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7351 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7920 of 2017 has not complied with the condition from 17.08.2017.

5. It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition is filed on 10.08.2017 and the same has not been listed. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7351 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7920 of 2017 shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week, failing which, the order of relaxation shall stand dismissed automatically and on compliance, the condition will be relaxed.

6. The petitions are ordered accordingly.
