************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to lay road in the cart track in S.Nos.445/3, 446/2, 447/2, 448/3, 450/2 situated in Vaippar II Village, Villathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering his representation dated 03.02.2024.

2.Heard Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, who accepts notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 03.02.2024 for laying of road in a cart track in S.Nos.445/3. 446/2, 2/5

447/2, 448/3 and 450/2 and prays for a direction from this Court to the respondents for laying of road.

4.Sanctioning of funds and laying of roads are all on the administrative domain of the respondent authorities. Hence, such request of the petitioner cannot be entertained by this Court. However, this Court directs the respondent authorities to look into matter and take a decision or pass appropriate orders addressing the grievance of the petitioner based on his representation dated 03.02.2024.
