ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.22856 of 2025 dated 07.01.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 11 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 11 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.22856 of 2025 on 07.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.22856 of 2025 on 07.01.2026 is modified as " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.
