ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22929 of 2025, dated 07.01.2026.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for 11 days only.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 11 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.22929 of 2025 on 07.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.22929 of 2025 on 07.01.2026 is modified as " the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.:
