ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.10.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 IPC, in Crime No.402 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the husband of the defacto complainant were chased and murdered by three unknown persons.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners are in judicial custody from 07.10.2015. He prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that totally there are three accused and the first petitioner attacked the deceased with head with arival and the second petitioner attacked with knife and the third petitioner chased the deceased and attacked with arival.
