ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal/representation dated 13.12.2022 within the time frame for issuance of house tax receipt to the petitioner's property in S.F.No. 62/2B at Kommadikottai Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that now the application submitted by the petitioner was considered and building planning approval was issued in favour of the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
