ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.23185 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 35 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 35 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.23185 of 2025 on 17.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.23185 of 2025 on 17.12.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the respondent once in 15 days ie., on 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 09-02-2026 jbr To
