[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] The petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition to direct the official respondents to consider his representation dated 25.01.2018, to forbear the fourth respondent from raising a place of worship in Resurvey No.284/7A, Reethapuram Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Except the representation, there is no other material to show that the fourth respondent has started any construction. It

goes without saying that any construction is put up by any of the parties, they have to obtain appropriate approvals from the concerned local body.

3. Therefore, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and not issue any positive direction. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his representation before the authorities. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
