ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the jurisdictional Tahsildar has filed compliance report. Paragraph 2 of the said report reads as follows:

"2. It is most respectfully submitted that the status report and the report of on installing boundary stones in respect of S.No.57/1 measuring an extent of 31.97.50 Hectares of land (Ladanenthal Kanmoi) is detailed as below:

2(i). The boundary stones in respect of S.No.57/1 measuring an extent of 31.97.50 Hectares of land (Ladanenthal Kanmoi) has been installed demarcating boundaries of the above said Kanmoi (Photos are enclosed).

2(ii). All the coconut trees (6100 in numbers) in the Ladanenthal Kanmoi had been removed by the 2nd and the 4th respondents herein. It is also submitted that the entire extent of 31.97.50 Hectares of land (Ladanenthal Kanmoi) have been restored. (Photos are enclosed.)" 2.We are satisfied that the direction given by this Court has been complied with.

3.This Contempt Petition stands closed.
