ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as second accused in Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate on 05.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 506(ii), 120(b) and 302 IPC, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 04.10.2015, due to previous enmity, A4 and others went to the chicken shop of the deceased and they have thrown chilli powder on his face and attacked him with aruval and thereby caused the death of the deceased.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 20.11.2015 and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 05.10.2015 and after dismissal of the earlier application, the first accused was granted bail by the Sessions Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the specific overt act is attributed against the petitioner and the earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 20.11.2015 and in the confession statement, this petitioner has admitted the commission of offence.

5.Taking note of the specific allegation levelled against this petitioner and considering the confession statement made by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
