This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and her family on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2023.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and closed the same, since there was a pathway dispute between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass orders without issuing notice to the private respondents.
4.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police, no further orders are 2/4
required to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
