RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.3658 of 2016 in Cr. No. 14 of 2015 on the file of the respondent dated 3.3.2106 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioner not appeared in person or by Advocate, the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3658 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
