Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THIRUVARUTSELVAN, Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR Respondentthe court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the Petitioners is present. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent is also present.

This Court by order dated 25.01.2017 granted on interim order of suspension till 22.02.2017 and the same was extended till today. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners have executed the bond and they are appearing before the concerned Court for compliance of the condition imposed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) has no objection for extending the interim order of suspension till the disposal of the Crl.R.C.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, interim order of suspension already granted is made absolute. Petition is allowed.
