ORDER
Considering the narrow scope of prayer in the writ petition, namely to dispose of the petitioner's application for survey of lands, with the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner, who is the owner of the subject property, has applied for conducting survey and for laying boundary stones, to the respondents on 01.08.2024 and also remitted the necessary fee. Despite several representations being made to the respondents, survey has not been conducted.
4.The prayer in the writ petition is only for conducting survey and it also appears that no interest of third parties is involved. 2/4
5.In such view of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct survey and lay boundary stones, based on the petitioner's application, dated 01.08.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
