The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to measure his land and lay stones and fence. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.02.2020 based on which, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.69 of 2020. He would further submit that the petitioner as well as the third respondent were called for enquiry and enquiry has been conducted on the same day. During the enquiry, both the parties have agreed to approach the civil Court to settle their dispute. Based on which, enquiry has been closed.
