RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this court against the petitioner / Appellant on 29.07.2022 in Crl M.P (MD) No.3747 of 2020 in Crl A (MD) No. 71/2020 Prayer in CRL A(MD). 71/2020 :

To call for the entire records connected with the judgment in S.C.No.17 of 2017 dated 05/02/2019 on the file of the Honourable Court of Sessions (Fast Track Mahila Court) Kanyakumari, Nagercoil, and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant and acquit the appellant from all charges. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3747 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.71 of 2020, dated 29.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further stated that the petitioner is a coolie worker hence he is unable to comply with the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3747 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.71 of 2020, dated 29.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
