ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS, seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.358 of 2025 on the file of the the Inspector of Police, Thirupuvanam Police Station,Sivagangai District. 2.The matter was listed under the caption 'for compromise'. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that the fourth petitioner/A4 is having 13 previous cases and he is a History Sheeter.
3. Recording the same, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.358 of 2025 on the file of the the Inspector of Police, Thirupuvanam Police Station, Sivagangai District.
