This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.374 of 2019 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.4 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ambasamuthiram.
