O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and investigation by initiating necessary action against the respondents 6 to 8 herein in connection with Crime No. 70/2025 on the file of the 5th respondent based on the petitioner's 2/5

complaint dated 25.01.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5 would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.01.2025. There are so many cases pending against the petitioner. Due to which, the petitioner has sent the complaint through post and not appeared for enquiry. If the petitioner is ready to appear before the 4th respondent police, the grievance of the petitioner will be addressed.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent on 24.02.2025 for enquiry and thereafter, the 4th respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.01.2025 within a period of one week, thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid directions and observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
