This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 2553 days in filing the Review Application. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. The learned counsel for the first respondent has strongly opposed to allow the petition.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the credit of Madurai Charitable Trust, Indian Overseas Bank, Main Branch, Madurai-625 001, Account No.004902000004287, IFSC Code No. IOBA0000049 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
