O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to initiate appropriate action against the persons namely, N.Kirubakaran, Kannayiram, Muthuvel, Beer Musthan and M.Rajesh who were examined as P.W.4, P.W.7, P.W.8, P.W.9 and P.W.10 respectively for having given false evidence in S.C.No.403 of 2010 on the file of the 4th Additional Sessions Court, Madurai.

2.In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 08.12.2015, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to take action against the said persons for having given false evidence before the 4th Additional Sessions Court, Madurai.

respondent would submit that there is no petition pending before the 4th Additional Sessions Court, Madurai.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh petition before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
