ORDER

The petitioner is employed in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Madurai. He seeks sanction of loan from his Provident Fund account.

2.It is submitted that the petitioner will be eligible to receive a sum of Rs.3,15,000/-. The Chairman, Employees Provident Fund Trust, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited, Bye Pass Road, Madurai is directed to sanction the loan amount of Rs.3,15,000/- from the petitioner's contribution lying in his account within a period of three weeks from today. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
