This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.46 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.46 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet on 20.12.2017 before the concerned Magistrate, and the same was not taken on file.
